The organisation reserves at all times the right to move your stand to a pavilion which suits your company best. When this happens, the organisation will contact you to discuss a appropriate solution.

Payment terms; The application fee (non-refundable) must be paid when the order is confirmed. An invoice for the amount will be issued by the organiser.

When it comes to stand construction there are many options at SOE2010.

You may book a complete 'Exhibitor Package' or only standspace and bring your own stand.

If you like to keep it simple there is also the posibility to book stand construction consisting only walls and carpeting in a color of your desire.
