The Schiedam Offshore Event (SOE) (Location: Rotterdam area, the Netherlands) combines international conferences with an Oil, Gas & Technology Exhibition. Major oil companies, EPC contractors, experts as well as subsea, oil and gas vendors were planned to be gathered in Holland in October 2010. Due to the economic situation in the world and the growing possibilities of the internet, the organisation decided to make SOE2010 in a virtual platform for the industrie. The organisation has over 20.000 contacts worldwide in upstream, mid- and downstream industry.
We will inform our contacts with newsletters, matchmaking and the launch of a virtual version of the exhibition. This way, exhibitors will be in contact with visitors throughout the year. Business proposals will be easy to find, without enormous marketing costs.
The planning is that in the near future there will be a live exhibition in Schiedam – Rotterdam Area. Being located close to the North sea, SOE must be much more than a North sea offshore exhibition, or a Dutch oil and gas show. SOE must be an unique global gathering place. With country pavilions, as well as product and innovative theme gardens will guard both the global standard, as well as the high technical standard of the event.
Next to all Oil, Gas & Technology related subjects, SOE is the place to gather knowledge on nuclear, wind-, sun- or tidal energy. All related to the use of present and future technological developments.
